Shipping & Delivery

We ship to all countries currently serviced by USPS. Free Shipping to all USA orders over $200. $50 flat fee for all international shipping. For all domestic orders, please allow anywhere from 1-3 weeks for your shipment to arrive after your order has been placed. Some items on the shop are Made-To-Order; Should you need an order to arrive urgently, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate. You will receive an automatic e-mail confirmation once you’ve placed your order, and then another one with a tracking number as soon as your item has been shipped. For international delivery, Claudio Milano is not responsible for additional import or customs duty.

Returns & Exchanges ***

As a valued customer, we want to make sure that you have the best possible shopping experience with us and vow to do all that we can to ensure you are happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with the item you have received, or there is a manufacturing or fitment issue, please contact us as soon as possible and let us know.

***  Due to the worldwide COVID-19 crisis We currently Don't offer cash refunds on any items which were ordered and paid for. This includes unworn or factory damaged merchandise.

 

***  Until the end of the COVID-19 crisis Store credit will be applied to your account instead of cash refunds. Once situation returns to normal, we will continue providing cash refunds as before the Covid-19 crisis has begun. 

 

*** Should you wish to return or exchange your item(s) for store credit, please send an e-mail to info@claudiomilano.com explaining the reasons for your request. We can only accept returns/exchanges within the following conditions:
  • Returns/exchanges request is submitted by you within 14 days from delivery date.
  • Items must be undamaged, in their original condition, and contain their original tags.
  • Upon dispute, the return/exchange decisions by Claudio Milano will be final.
  • Please note, we are not able to refund any shipping expenses at this time unless there was a manufacturing flaw or an error made on our end.

Applicable laws (choice of venue and forum)

Use of this website shall in all respects be governed by the laws of the state of Florida, U.S., regardless of the laws that might be applicable under principles of conflicts of law. The parties agree that the Florida courts located in Miami-Dade county, Florida, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all controversies arising under this agreement and agree that venue is proper in those courts.
