Refund policy


Eligibility
No Refund Policy! We accept exchanges ONLY for US orders submitted through our Return & Exchange Portal within 10 days of delivery. Merchandise must be shipped back to us within 7 days of receiving your return shipping label.

Costs
We will pay for your return shipping label and ship back to you at no cost.
We do not charge a "restocking fee".

Reasons for Rejected Return
We cannot accept exchanges of items that are not in new condition. This includes items that come back with perfume, pet hair, or stains. All exchanges will go through a quality check inspection to make sure that the items are in unworn condition. Returns delivered outside of our time window will be rejected automatically. We cannot accept international returns.

The condition of the item must be new with tags.
Once you requested exchange through our Return & Exchange Portal with a picture of the item/s and its approved by Claudio Milano, we will send you a return shipping label.
